Overview

Know your cost per mile before you roll.

Every operation runs differently. A dump truck that never leaves the county shouldn't be billed like a team running coast to coast. We place commercial auto coverage for both — and for policies rated by mileage, you report odometer readings at the end of each period and pay for the miles you drove.

Which miles do I report?

Report the odometer reading at the start and end of the period for every unit scheduled on your policy. Your policy wording defines which miles are rated; your agent can walk you through it.

When is my mileage report due?

Each policy sets a number of days after the period ends — for example 10 days. The portal shows the exact deadline and sends a reminder when the period ends (if reminders are on).

What if a unit didn't move?

Enter the same reading twice. Every unit on the policy is included so the record stays complete.

Is there a minimum?

Mileage-rated policies usually include a minimum per period. Your statement is the higher of miles × rate and that minimum, and both numbers are shown on every statement.

Can I split miles by state?

Yes. It's optional, but if you enter a state breakdown it must add up to the odometer total. The portal shows a live map as you fill it in.

Is my information private?

Your account is protected by a password only you set. Each client sees only their own policies, and we never ask for Social Security numbers or bank account numbers in the portal.

Report a claim

Claims are handled by the insurance carrier on your policy. The carrier's claims number is on your policy documents and ID cards. Call us and we'll help you start the report.
